OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 29, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 25 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the agreement respecting the Canada Strategic Infrastructure Fund (CSIF) entered into by Her Majesty in Right of Canada and Her Majesty in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" which is attached to and forms part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to execute the agreement in such manner as the Attorney General may approve and may be deemed necessary to give effect to this Order.
