OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated August 14, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 168 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Ferries Act, is pleased to amend the ferriage charges set by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2002-127 dated March 28, 2002, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from September 13, 2002.
