Ministry Responsible: ENVIRONMENT, LANDS AND PARKS Statutory Authority: Land Transfer of described land to the Government by BCR Properties Ltd. and BC Rail Ltd. pursuant to a land exchange agreement dated August 21, 2000, the land is reserved from disposition in fee simple under the ACT until the later of the following dates:

i) December 1, 2080, or ii) if the Land is established as a wildlife management area under the Wildlife Act before December 1, 2080, the date the Land ceases to form part of that wildlife management area.
