OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 1, 2005, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant and deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey two parcels of Crown land situate at Centre East Pubnico, Yarmouth County, containing an approximate total area of 3.0 hectares, more or less, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Charlesville Fisheries Limited, a body corporate with its registered office at Lower East Pubnico, Yarmouth County, its successors and assigns for the consideration of approximately $33,330.00, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the value of $1.11 per square metre by the total number of square metres of the parcels of Crown land as determined by survey, and to rescind Order in Council 95-281 dated April 11, 1995, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
