An Act to Amend the Tobacco Tax Act Loi modifiant la Loi de la taxe sur le tabac Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 2(4) of the Tobacco Tax Act,

chapter T-7 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed and the follow- ing is substituted: 1 Le paragraphe 2(4) de la Loi de la taxe sur le tabac,

chapitre T-7 des Lois révisées de 1973, est abrogé et rem- placé par ce qui suit : 2(4) A person may apply to the Minister for a vendor’s licence or any other licence prescribed by regulation by submitting an application on a form provided by the Min- ister, which is accompanied by the fee prescribed by reg- ulation. 2(4) Toute personne peut demander au Ministre une li- cence de vendeur ou toute autre licence prescrite par rè- glement en lui présentant une demande à cette fin au moyen de la formule qu’il fournit, laquelle est accompa- gnée des droits réglementaires. 1
