On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , Nicholas Robinson of Toronto be appointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
