Order in Council 75/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2067/2017, dated October 18, 2017, M. Sandra Finamore was reappointed as a member of the City of Elliot Lake Police Services Board for a term not to exceed three years effective October 18, 2017;

and

whereas M. Sandra Finamore has, in writing, resigned her appointment;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2067/2017, dated October 18, 2017 reappointing M. Sandra Finamore as a member of the City of Elliot Lake Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
