OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated February 4, 2020, and pursuant to clause 2(
x) of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act , is pleased to, effective February 24, 2020: (
a) revoke the appointment of Adam Grant as Superintendent of Real Estate, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2016-301; and (
b) appoint Pernille Jakobsen Esaiw as Superintendent of Real Estate.
