OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated April 16, 1999, pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Cosmetology Act, is pleased to approve amendments to the by-laws made by the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia in the manner set forth in
Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation effective on, from and after May 5, 1999.
