Order in Council 13/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5.1(2) and 5.1(3) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995 , Laurence Lustman of Toronto be appointed a part-time member and designated as Vice Chair of the Office for Victims of Crime for a term of three years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further,

whereas Laurence Lustman was reappointed a part-time member of the Office for Victims of Crime for a term of three years, effective November 2, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1619/2016;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1619/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
