OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated March 23, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Cosmetology Act, is pleased to approve amendments made by the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia to the by-laws of the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia, approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 97-421 dated July 2, 1997, to keep pace with changes in the industry, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 26, 2011.
