OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated January 11, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2001, the Veterinary Medical Act, is pleased to approve the making of new regulations respecting veterinary medicine by the Nova Scotia Veterinary Medical Association Council in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 1, 2006.
