OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated June 26, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 99 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1990, the Children and Family Services Act, is pleased to amend the Children and Family Services Regulations, N.S. Reg. 183/91, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 91-954 dated August 15, 1991, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective September 10, 2013.
