OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance, dated May 30, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161, 162 and 163 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to appoint Irene Lefort of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, and Joseph B. Kennedy of Fall River, Nova Scotia, as members of the board of directors of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation Board for two-year terms commencing June 29, 2007.
