OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 4,2015, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 5 of
Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act , and
Section 5 of
Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act , is pleased, effective on and after November 10, 2015, to appoint Elizabeth Ann Marie MacInnes of Sydney, Nova Scotia, a barrister of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five years standing, to be a Judge of the Provincial Court and the Family Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia.
