Order in Council 1446/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Carol Schofield of Port Stanley, reappointed by O.C. 1654/2021 as a part-time member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from her appointment effective August 31, 2022;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1654/2021 be revoked.
