OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 17, 2005, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2002-436 dated September 19, 2002, which approved the issuance of a lease at Western Shore, Lunenburg County, by striking out "for the purpose of maintaining a portion of a baseball field" and replacing it with "for the purpose of maintaining a portion of a baseball field and recreational area".
