Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 21, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) grant a utility service easement over certain lands containing an area of 998.0 square metres, more or less, situate at or near Halifax, County of Halifax, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and

Schedule "A-1" and identified as Parcel ASE-P-2 and Parcel ASE-C-4 on

Schedule "B" and

Schedule "B-1" which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) convey the utility service easement to Halifax Regional Water Commission for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
