Order in Council 95/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.5, Geordi Kakepetum of Thunder Bay, Ontario, previously appointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1507/2010 and reappointed by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1685/2013, is reappointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation during pleasure for a term not exceeding one (1) year, commencing the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
