OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated July 13, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of
Chapter 20 of the Acts of 1990, the Film Nova Scotia Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint David R. Ferns of Cookville, Lunenburg County, as a voting member of the Board of Directors for a term of three (3) years commencing August 2, 2011; and (
b) order that David R. Ferns of Cookville, Lunenburg County, be remunerated for his service in the amount of $100 per meeting and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling his duties as member of the Board of Directors provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
