OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 6, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 2 of
Chapter 14 of the Acts of 2007, the Undersea Coal Mines Regulation Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice and Attorney General to enter into a memorandum of understanding with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada respecting the prosecution of offences under the Donkin Coal Block Development Opportunity Act, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
