Order in Council 426/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 669/2022 dated March 24, 2022, reappointing Anita Wong of Egbert as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective February 24, 2025.
