OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Chair of Treasury Board and Minister of the Public Service Commission dated October 13, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 15 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to amend the Personal Services Contract Regulations, N.S. Reg. 188/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated September 30, 2005, to incorporate typographical corrections and name changes and add an additional Section, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 24, 2011.
