CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Revenue and Financial Services Act (Assented to June 29, 1988) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short Title This Act may be cited as The Revenue and Financial Services Amendment Act, 1988. S.S. 1983, c.R-22.01,

section amended Subsection 47(1) of The Revenue and Financial Services Act is amended: (

a) by adding the following subclause after subclause (a)(ii): “(ii.1) a retailer or other person who sells beverages in designated containers to purchasers within the meaning of

Part II of The Litter Control Act”; (

b) by adding the following subclause after subclause (e)(vii): “(vii.

I) Part II of The Litter Control Act”; and (

c) by adding the following subclause after subclause (g)(vi): “(vi.1) a purchaser as defined in

Part II of The Litter Control Act”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from May 12, 1988. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
