Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated May 20, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 9 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) lease certain lands containing 27,431 square metres, more or less, situate at Highway No. 4, Melville, Inverness County, as shown on

Schedule "A" and on the plan described as

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) lease the land to Maritime Telephone & Telegraph Mobility Incorporated, for 19 years, 364 days and at a rental of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) per annum for the term of the lease; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make such a lease in such form as the Minister determines.
