Order in Council 379/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Nina Lester of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member and redesignated as part-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of three years, effective April 11, 2020.
