OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated April 4, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased, effective on and after April 30, 2019, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Fiona M.G. Imrie, QC, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as an Acting Public Trustee, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2011-89, dated March 22, 2011; and (
b) appoint Adrienne Bowers of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as an Acting Public Trustee.
