Order in Council 808/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve His Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Peter Forsberg of Smithville

be approved as qualified for re-election as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not extending beyond the date in 2029 on which the annual general meeting of the Ontario Trillium Foundation is held, effective the later of June 19, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made.
