OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 25, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Dorothy A. Carter, made pursuant to Order in Council 98-240 dated May 27, 1998, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia; and (
b) appoint Dorothy A. Bennett of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
