OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 28, 2000, and pursuant to subsection 4(1) of
Chapter 9 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the AIDS Advisory Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the designation as Chair of the Advisory Commission on AIDS of Dr. William C. Hart of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, which designation was made pursuant to Order in Council 1998-554, dated November 3, 1998; and (
b) designate Larry Nelson Baxter of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for the remainder of his term on the Commission beginning November 1, 2000 and ending September 30, 2001.
