OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 18, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at Kenzieville, Landsdowne, Websters Corner, Upper Barneys River, and Lower Barneys River, Pictou County, Nova Scotia, being identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PIDs 00843458, 00843433, 01043579, 00856427, 00889469, 01042530, and a portion of 00857649 and outlined in bold on the maps marked

Schedule "A", "B", "C", "D", and "E", which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, from C & G Williams Bulldozing Limited and Mountain View Resources Limited, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $324,100 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that C & G Williams Bulldozing Limited and Mountain View Resources Limited, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
