Order in Council 1098/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162(1)(

c) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1484/2018 be revoked, effective July 12, 2019.
