déclare la séance de la Commission des relations avec les citoyens ouverte. La

Commission est réunie afin de poursuivre l'étude détaillée du projet de loi n° 12, Loi instituant la prestation de services de garde

éducatifs à l'enfance par les personnes reconnues à

titre de responsables d'un

service de garde éducatif en communauté. Mme la Secrétaire, y a-t-il des remplacements?

La Secrétaire : Oui, Mme la

Présidente. Mme Blais (Abitibi-Ouest) est remplacée par M. Provençal

(Beauce-Nord); M. Morin (Acadie) par

Mme Garceau (Robert-Baldwin) et

M. Fontecilla (Laurier-Dorion) par M. Leduc (Hochelaga-Maisonneuve).

Plaines) : Merci beaucoup. Alors, lors de l'ajournement de nos

travaux, jeudi dernier, nous avions adopté l'article 30 du projet de loi.

Nous en... nous en serions donc rendus à l'article 31. Je crois que, Mme

la ministre, vous avez des amendements pour proposer l'ajout de 30.1, mais vous

avez également une demande additionnelle à formuler. Je vous laisse le micro.

J'aimerais vous demander si c'est possible de... d'aller directement à l'article 38.0.1?
