OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 13, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources entering into an agreement for the provision of Aerial Wildfire Suppression Services, substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, and to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
