Order in Council 137/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Daljit Singh Nirman be appointed as a part-time member of the Ottawa Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years from the date this Order in Council is made.
