On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that B.C. Reg. 133/2012, as it amends the Supreme Court Family Rules, B.C. Reg. 169/2009, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

1 B.C. Reg. 133/2012, as it amends the Supreme Court Family Rules, B.C. Reg. 169/2009, is amended

(

a) in

section 2 by striking out “ filed in a registry. ” in Rule 2-1 (1) and substituting “ filed. ”,

(

b) by repealing

section 4 (

b) and substituting the following:

(

b) in the italicized wording under the subrule by striking out “ change ” and substituting “ change, suspend or terminate ”. ,

(

c) by repealing

section 7 (

c) and substituting the following:

(

c) in subrule (1) in the definition of “party” by adding “ or ” at the end of paragraph (

b) and by repealing paragraph (c), ,

(

d) by repealing

h) and substituting the following:
