OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions dated July 24, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective on and after September 10, 2024, to authorize the Minister of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions entering into a net debt obligation for the capital costs associated with completion of the upgrade of the AMANDA platform.
