Section 2A of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective February 23, 2021, to direct that the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal be renamed the Department of Transportation and Active Transit.
