Order in Council 895/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jonathan Fredrick Pegg has agreed to be further reappointed as the Fire Marshal of Ontario;

Now therefore pursuant to

section 8(1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , as amended, Jonathan Fredrick Pegg is hereby further reappointed as the Fire Marshal of Ontario, effective from the date this order in council is made, for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this reappointment.

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1079/2022 is hereby revoked effective later of the date this order in council is made.
