Order in Council 7/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act , Silvia Novak of Toronto be appointed a part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
