OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated April 11, 2025, pursuant to
Section 167 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2024, the Advancing Nova Scotia Opportunities Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 150 and 151 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2024, the Advancing Nova Scotia Opportunities Act, do come into force on and not before May 20, 2025.
