B.C. Reg. 126/2006, deposited May 4, 2006, pursuant to the PARK ACT [Section 29]. Order in Council 319/2006, approved and ordered May 4, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

Schedule B of the Park and Recreation Area Regulation, B.C. Reg. 80/90, is amended by

(

a) adding the following:

Brim River Hot Springs Protected Area;

E. C. Manning Park (Snass Creek addition);

Exchamsiks River Protected Area;

Foch-Gilttoyees Protected Area;

Gitnadoiks River Protected Area;

Jessie Falls Protected Area;

Kitsumkalum Lake North Protected Area;

Lundmark Bog Protected Area;

Swan Creek Protected Area ,

(

b) repealing the following:

Crooked River Park (addition);

Whiskers Point Park (addition) ,

(

c) striking out "Eskers Park (Addition)" and substituting "Eskers Park (Taginchil Lake addition)",

(

d) striking out "Ptarmigan Creek Protected Area" and substituting "Ptarmigan Protected Area",

and

(

e) striking out "Takla Lake Marine Park (addition)" and substituting "Takla

Lake Marine Park — Takla West Site and West Bluff Site".
