OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated March 11, 2014, and pursuant to subsection 24(1) of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to determine that the claims or debts hereinafter set forth are not collectable and to write off any losses incurred in that determination, as at March 31, 2013, and is further pleased to direct the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to charge such losses to the General Revenue Fund: Department Balance Reserved at March 31, 2013 Agriculture $ 939,483.74 Communities, Culture and Heritage $ 500.00 Economic and Rural Development and Tourism $ 959,610.96 Health and Wellness $ 2,554,414.97 Justice $ 5,060,536.20 Labour and Advanced Education $ 2,497,289.62 Natural Resources $ 81,967.06 Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations $ 33,759.18 Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal $ 5,714.00 TOTAL $ 12,133,275.73
