OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs dated April 2, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 6 of

Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act , is pleased to: appoint Sandra Snow of Kentville, Kings County, and reappoint George MacDonald of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Glace Bay), being the members recommended for appointment by the Union of Nova Scotia Municipalities, each for a term commencing July 1, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2022; appoint Kenzie McNeil, of the Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), to the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation, being the member recommended for appointment by the Association of Municipal Administrators of Nova Scotia, for a three-year term, commencing July 1,2019, and ending on June 30, 2022; reappoint Neil Morley, of Ellershouse, West Hants, to the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation, as the member at large, for a three-year term, commencing July 1, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2022; and reappoint Geoff Gatien of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation, for a three-year term, commencing July 1, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2022.
