Le Président (M. Pelletier, Rimouski): Alors, bonjour, tout le monde, et à l'ordre, s'il vous plaît!

Ayant constaté le quorum, je déclare la séance de la Commission de l'agriculture, des pêcheries, de l'énergie et des ressources naturelles ouverte. Je demande à toutes les personnes dans la salle de bien vouloir éteindre la sonnerie de leurs téléphones cellulaires.

Le mandat de la commission est de procéder à l'étude détaillée du projet de loi n° 14,

Loi sur la mise en valeur des ressources minérales dans le respect des principes de développement durable.

Mme la secrétaire, y a-t-il des remplacements?

La Secrétaire: Oui, M. le Président: M. Bernard (Rouyn-Noranda -- Témiscamingue) est remplacé par M. Drolet (Jean-Lesage); Mme L'Écuyer (Pontiac) est remplacée par M. Matte (Portneuf); M. Simard (Kamouraska-Témiscouata) est remplacé par M. Ferland (Ungava); et M. Trottier (Roberval) par Mme Richard (Duplessis).
