Order in Council 325/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 , Order in Council O.C. 819/2017 dated April 12, 2017, reappointing Ronald “Lee” Shouldice as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board be revoked, effective March 11, 2022.
