Order in Council 1332/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Dirk VanderBent of Hamilton be appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Board of Negotiation for a term of one year, effective the date of this Order in Council.
