OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 24, 2000, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way with respect to Crown land situate at Shubenacadie (Grand) Lake, Halifax County, and approximately shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Abernethy Parker Construction Limited, a body corporate, with its registered office at Enfield, Hants County, and to Richard Leonard and Heather Ann Leonard of Halifax, Halifax County, for the consideration of $200.00 per acre for the total area of Crown land occupied by the right of way, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
