B.C. Reg. 250/2006, deposited September 8, 2006, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [Section 35] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26]. Order in Council 640/2006, approved and ordered September 7, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

1 The Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended

(

a) in

section 11 (1), by adding the following paragraph:

(hh) a Universal Child Care Benefit provided under the Universal Child Care Benefit Act (Canada).

, and

(

b) in

section 1 (

a) of

Schedule B, by adding the following subparagraph:

(xxxi) a Universal Child Care Benefit provided under the Universal Child Care Benefit Act (Canada).

2 The Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended

(

a) in

section 10 (1), by adding the following paragraph:

(hh) a Universal Child Care Benefit provided under the Universal Child Care Benefit Act (Canada). , and

(

b) in

section 1 (

a) of

Schedule B, by adding the following subparagraph:

(xxxii) a Universal Child Care Benefit provided under the Universal Child Care Benefit Act (Canada).
