OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 8, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (
a) grant a utility service easement over certain lands in Halifax, County of Halifax, more particularly identified as Parcel E-H1 and Parcel E-H2 on
Schedule "A" and more particularly described in
Schedule "B" which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (
b) convey the utility service easement to Heritage Gas Limited for the price of $45,163.20, plus HST of $6,774.48; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines.
